Anh Thu Emma Vo is a sophomore entering her first year of journalism.  Vo enjoys arts and crafts, sewing, making stamps, listening to music, playing piano, tutoring and doing her scouts program. She has been doing piano for 11 years and usually plays at church or funerals. She tutors for seventh grade Vietnamese and conformation. She also attends weekly scouts consistently, where she goes camping and is a part of lots of spirit, fun and teamwork. She hopes to go into medicine when she is older, with her goals being to major in biology and go into dentistry. Vo values patience in other people because she believes people should not rush or humiliate others when they are doing their best. In journalism, Vo hopes to do designing and photography for Aquila. She would like to help with the Instagram page for Aquila, article design and website design. One topic Vo hopes to cover is the ongoing bee extinction. She wants to bring more attention to this subject because they do so much for our planet, especially pollination.
