Celina Tandon, Team Editor
Freshman Celina Tandon is in her first year of journalism. Tandon’s passions lie with working with computers and interacting with new people. In friendships, Tandon values strong companionship, seeking out individuals who always have her back and are willing to stay until the end. Tandon’s friends describe her as “funny” and “salutatorian,” as a throwback to her former spot as salutatorian in middle school. Tandon sees herself pursuing a career in either business or law, owning her own company in ten years. She wishes to be financially stable in her future, spending her own money instead of anyone else’s. As a reporter, Tandon wants to focus on the rising issue of climate change and ignorance surrounding the topic. Through her writing, she aims to shed light on global warming, raise awareness about what individuals can do to reduce it and help those affected by the changing atmosphere. On a broader plane, Tandon hopes to become a student journalist well-versed in designing, reporting and editing.
