Sophomore Layla Daniels is in her second year in journalism. When Daniels grows up, she desires a career in architecture and would love to live around great architecture in places such as New York or Chicago. Daniels plays many sports, such as tennis, track and cross country. Her favorite sport is tennis because she has been playing it for four years and loves watching it as well as playing the sport. Daniels would spend her ideal day outside in nature, playing sports and enjoying the peacefulness of the outdoors. Her favorite place to go is the beach because she likes to swim and play sports in the sand. Daniels’ favorite part of journalism is designing article spreads because she finds them to be really fun to create and very rewarding to see in the newsmagazine when they’re finished.
