Emily Magallon, also known as Emmy, is a junior in her first year of journalism. Her aspiration in life is to always have a place for God in her heart. In 10 years, Emily sees herself helping her parents, graduating from college, having a full time job and starting a family. Her favorite song is “Mamma Mia, Here We Go Again,” it's her favorite song because it is from her favorite movie. Emily would spend a day with Selena Gomez and sing songs by other well known artists with her and ride bikes to In-n-Out because she likes the burgers they have there. If she where to live off a food for the rest of her life, she would eat Mexican food such as tacos and horchata, and she also prefers molé with orange rice. Emily’s ideal vacation spot would be in Japan in the spring because that is when the cherry blossoms bloom and it is picture worthy. Emily speaks three different languages: English, Spanish and music. Her favorite quote is, “Have courage and be kind” by Cinderella; it inspires her because it reminds her to have courage and be kind, and it sends a message to people.
