Sophomore Neha Jral is in her second year of journalism. Jral has been on the UPA cheer team for the past two years and loves spending time with her friends when she’s not busy with schoolwork or other activities. She also desires to further contribute to the UPA community through starting a book club with her friends this year. Jral values her family and friends because they are her support system. She’s seen as kind and creative by her friends and values honesty in them as well. In the future, Jral wishes to pursue medicine as a career, and would love to have a cat, given her past experiences fostering animals during the summer. As a reporter this year, Jral wants to write in-depth articles and be more involved with helping other people, as she loves working with others.
