Dylan Ziegler, Sports Editor
Senior Dylan Ziegler is currently in his second year of journalism, and in ten years, he sees himself as a sports personality, whether that be on a TV network or an online network. He wants this career path because ”if [he] can make money off of sports [he’ll] do it.” Sports play a major role in his life, but not because he plays them. Ever since he was young, his parents pushed him into sports. He likes all sports, but his favorite is soccer. Ziegler also plays the guitar. He plays most types of music on the guitar. He chose the guitar because it can be used to play a lot of different songs and genres. He believes homelessness and poverty do not get enough media presence. Ziegler thinks that one of the reasons that this happens is because back in the 90s, many mental institutions shut down which may have caused many patients to be left on the street. He also thinks people do not acknowledge that people are going homeless. “It just flies over their heads,” he says. Ziegler, in all, is a person who has a passion for sports and enjoys making people laugh.
