Sophomore Vrinda Vutukury has a growing interest in becoming a lawyer or politician, which influenced her to join journalism to improve her writing skills and be able to communicate from an unbiased, yet informational viewpoint. She has her eyes on Harvard University, and she wishes to graduate from the famous Ivy League school to help fulfill her dream of becoming a politician. Vrinda is proud of her ability to pick up languages. She is fluent in three languages already (English, Telegu, and Sanskrit), but is in the midst of learning two others (Hindi and Spanish). Outside of learning languages, Vrinda is skilled in hip hop, Bollywood and Indian classical dance, and she loves to listen to music in her free time. When she listens to her favorite musical artist, The Weeknd, she cannot stop humming his songs for the next few hours. A perfect day for Vrinda is going to the beach on a sunny day with some close friends. Playing volleyball, crashing against the waves and being buried in the sand are all parts of why she loves the beach so much. Although the beach is a perfect getaway, her ideal vacation would take place in the beautiful Bora Bora. If Vrinda could choose any celebrity to spend a day with, she would choose Selena Gomez and they would go to a thrilling amusement park together.
